About BCTC
BCTC exists to equip Ghanaians — especially youth and underserved communities — with the skills and tools to thrive in a digital world.
Our Mission
We deliver programs that close real skills gaps — equipping individuals, youth, and organisations with capabilities that translate directly into employment, productivity, and growth.
Our Vision
We envision a Ghana where no capable person is held back by a lack of access to quality technical education, professional skills, or technology services.
Our Story
"To become a leading centre of excellence in workforce development, digital transformation, TVET education and innovation-driven empowerment across Africa."
— BCTC Vision Statement
Bridgepoint was founded with a clear purpose: to close the digital and professional skills gap in Ghana. Too many young people graduate without the practical skills employers need. Too many organisations struggle to find trained, job-ready talent. BCTC was built to fix that.
We combine industry-aligned professional courses, hands-on TVET technical programs, and expert consultancy services — giving both individuals and organisations the capacity to grow, compete, and lead. We carry a special commitment to youth, the girl child, and underserved communities across Ghana.
Built with real employer needs in mind.
Professionals with real-world field experience.
Special focus on youth, girls in STEM, and underserved communities.
Recognised certificates that open real doors.
What We Stand For
These principles guide every program we deliver and every partnership we build.
We pursue the highest standard in every program, interaction, and outcome — settling for nothing less than real impact.
Special commitment to youth, the girl child, and underserved communities — because opportunity must not depend on circumstance.
Hands-on training grounded in real-world application — because skills that can't be used aren't skills at all.
Honest, transparent, and accountable in everything we do — from how we teach to how we consult and partner.
Embracing emerging technologies and methods to ensure our learners are always ahead of industry needs, not behind them.
Measured not by enrollment numbers but by real outcomes — employment secured, businesses improved, lives changed.
How We Work
